Hello RSTNL community!
RSTNL and the Netherlands eScience Center will organise another Carpentries Instructor Training for Dutch member institutions of the Carpentries on March 4th and 5th. The training will take place in person at the Amsterdam Science Park. Employees from silver, gold, or platinum Carpentries member institutions (you can check that here) can follow this training to become a certified Carpentries Instructor. This means they will be able to teach at Carpentries workshops, and join the Carpentries Instructor community. It’s also a great way to build a reputation and improve on teaching skills. The course includes practicing teaching live-coding, and many pedagogical techniques that will serve teachers in other contexts too.
