About the event
Efficient, transparent and reproducible research are the cornerstones of open science. The Carpentries offers a framework to teach foundational skills for open coding and data science. This event will give insight into the Carpentries membership, methodology and curriculum, member organizations in the Netherlands, those actively running workshops and most importantly, why and how to implement this model in your organization. The event is aimed at (research) managers, training coordinators, graduate school coordinators, and others interested in becoming members of the Carpentries or how to get started implementing them at their institution. This will be an in-person event partly streamed online.
