This year, trainers and training coordinators from TU Delft, Tilburg University, Utrecht University, University of Amsterdam, VU, 4TU.ResearchData and the Netherlands eScience Center are collaboratively hosting Advent of Code 2024 for the Dutch research community. Advent of Code is an annual coding challenge created by Eric Wastl. It’s like an advent calendar for coding challenges containing 25 daily programming puzzles, released once a day between December 1-25. Coders from all skill levels can participate, from coding beginners to experienced developers. You can solve problems in your programming language of choice!
You can sign up to join the Dutch research community leaderboard here. If you rather not join the leaderboard, but would still like to join the community discussion, that is fine too! We are making sure there are some prizes not just for highest on the leaderboard, but also most helpful discussions participants, most inquisitive, and most creative! This challenge is about having fun together and learning from each other.
We look forward to coding with you!
